PVC cable granules production line running in Pakistan now. This project include PVC mixer, SJZ65/132 conic twin screw extruder, die-face pelletizer and air cooling system. The output is stablized at 250kg/h.. It can also produce rigid PVC granules by changing the screw and barrel.
Because there are some dust during the material mixing, the clients put the PVC mixer at another room. It can keep the pelletizing line clean from the dust. If there is enough budget, we also have material mixing system, which can largely reduce the dust for the mixer.
