PVC profile extrusion line was tested today at our workshop. This is two cavity machine, which will make two profiles at one time.
The clients' material is PVC granules, so we provide single screw extruder for them. The vacuum calibration table has water tank inside, which can reuse the water again. The haul-off machine adopt servo motor to acchieve high precision hauling, and the rubber block is designed according to the shape of the profiles.
