Product description : The machine is produced PC gallon barrel for family bucket mineral water bottes.
Technical features :
(1) Electrical control system : Japan Mitsubishi PLC microcomputer control system , Color touch screen operation,Modular temperature control,All process settings, changes, retrieval, monitoring, fault diagnosis and other functions are implemented on the touch screen, no point contact working principle, components are durable.
(2)Hydraulic system: proportional hydraulic control, equipped with imported brand-name hydraulic.
(3) Opening and closing the mold body: independent open and close mold, clamping, shift mold slide all the use of ball linear guide, precision up to micron level. Open mold full stroke positioning accuracy, ease, energy saving, and carrying a strong, no deformation. Patented product (no rod opening and closing mold, clamping system): four-point self-locking mold clamping mechanism, clamping force and force balance, easy to install mold, space.
