PVC multilayer pipe extrusion line
This line is mainly used for producing three-layer UPVC pipes with various pipe-wall thickness. The middle layer could adopt recycled PVC material and it will reduce a lot of the cost. This line can also produce common single-layer PVC pipes.The work flow for this PVC pipe line as blow:
PVC powder + additive --- mixing---material feeder---twin screw extruder---mould and calibrator---vacuum forming machine---haul-off machine---cutting machine---stacker or pipe belling machine.
According to different formulation, the screw could be designed as lower filler screw and high filler screw. There is Bi-metal screw&barrel for recycled PVC or high filler material. With advanced design, it provide powerful safeguard for the PVC plasticization. The vacuum system for the screw and barrle will ensure the quality of final PVC pipes.
The tank body of vacuum calibration and cooling units adopt stainless 304# steel. The high vacuum chamber ensures the precise sizing for pipes; spraying cooling will improves the cooling efficiency; Auto water temperature control system make the machine more intelligent.
For different pipe size, the haul-off machine will adopt two caterpillars, three caterpillars. Pedrial clamping uses mechanical and pneumatic combining system, which is more reliable in performance. The meter coder will count the pipe length during the production.
Cutting system adopt PLC control and it could be blade cutter, no-dust cutter and planetary cutter. There is dust-collecting system ensures clean working environment.
