cheap type automatic foamed EPS recycling line, EPS crushing & pelletizing line
This line is designed for recycling foamed EPS material. It is composed by crusher + air blower + silo + SJ180 single screw extruder + hydraulic screen changer + water cooling tank + pelletizer + silo.
With the crushing and air blowing system, it can make granules directly from foamed EPS products. It adopt double stage extruder for the extrusion and the first extruder equiped large hopper for crushed EPS material. The pelletzing system adopt noodle cut with water cooling, which can cooling the material easy.
This line is highly automatic and it is very easy for operation. It is idea equipment for EPS recycling.
