Our engineer just installed HDPE pipe production line for our client! This client is from Europe and they are producing 160~450mm HDPE pipes for water and gas supply.
The extruder of this HDPE pipe line adopt high speed single screw extruder, which can largely increase the extrusion output and save energy consumption. The mould has mold temperature control system; the vacuum cooling tank has water temperature controller, which can control the inlet and outlet of cooling water. The haul-off machine adopt soft rubber caterpillar and the cutter adopt No-dust cutter.
