Today we tested another PVC ceiling panel extrusion line for our clients. This line is designed for 250mm, 270mm, 300mm PVC ceilings. The extruder adopt SJZ65/132 conic twin screw extruder. With high speed extrusion mould, the production speed could be 4~5meter per minutes.
As the client requested, the hot stamping machine can also do online lamination on the surface of the ceiling panel. With this line, the clients can make all types of PVC ceilings with max width of 300mm.
