We just installed 200~450mm PVC pipe production line and we are going to test it this month.
This line adopt SJZ92/188 conic twin screw extruder and it can make max 630mm PVC pipes. The client's factory is in middle east and the weather is hot, so we put air condition on the machine for cooling. The clients also very experience for PVC pipe production and they have very high requirement for the machine.
We provide vacuum feeding system for the extruder; there is plateform at the feeding hopper; there is cooling cover for the motor. there are also water cooling tank for the vacuum system. The cutting machine adopt no-dust cutter, which is much better than planetary type.
