Today we are testing 1600mm melt blown machine for mask fabric. After two days of installation, finally the machine could be started now. The extruder of this machine adopt SJ90 single screw extruder and the output of this machine could be 1.2~1.5 ton per hour.
To make qualified melt blown cloth, the whole melt blown production line should include: material feeder, single screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, metering pump, T die, forming machine, electrostatic device, split device, winder, air compressor, air heating system.
