Today we tested PP/PE corrugated pipe line for our clients. This line adopt SJ65/30 single screw extruder and it is suitable for producing 16~50mm corrugated pipes.
The clients want to put wire inside the pipe and they prefer one mould block for more pipe sizes. In this case, when they change the production for another pipe sizes, they didn't need to change the mould block. The testing is sucessful and they clients want to the machine before chinese new year.
